We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment across the facility. You will play a key role in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production equipment and facility infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain PLCs, motors, drives, and other automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in root cause analysis.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of electrical power and machine basics.
  • Very Good level of communication in English.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrate foundational leadership skills.
  • Comply with all quality, safety, EHS guidelines, and company policies.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Specialized knowledge of industrial equipment, including Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) breakers, Transformers, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Power factor correction equipment, Motor Control Centers (MCC) and Drives and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Familiarity with drives, PLCs, control loops, and control networks
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Capability to work effectively and professionally with skilled trades
  • Ability to manage skilled trades and handle stressful situations with professionalism
