Electrical Maintenance Engineer

POSITION: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

JOB LOCATION: Chattral, Gujarat. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, maintenance, and improvement of electrical systems at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, manage engineering projects, and support plant operations with effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This role is critical to maintaining high operational efficiency and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Design and enhance electrical systems with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and performance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, standards, and conduct internal safety audits.

Plan and manage electrical engineering projects with coordination across teams and contractors.

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations and reliability.

REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 6 years of experience in Electrical Engineer

SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and expertise in design software.

Skilled in industrial automation systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
