Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer – Electrical (Foundry)Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems and foundry equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain:
• Induction furnaces (power packs, coils, control systems)
• MCC/PLC panels, VFDs, motors
• Compressors, DG sets, cooling towers
• Electrical systems for moulding lines & sand plant
• Improve electrical system reliability by monitoring MTTR and increasing MTBF of critical equipment.
• Perform energy monitoring and electrical safety checks.
• Manage electrical spares, sensors, breakers, and automation components.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety and statutory requirements.

• Daily Electrical Breakdown Report
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance Report
• MTBF & MTTR Analysis Report (Electrical)
• Induction Furnace Health & Energy Consumption Report
• Electrical Spares Usage Report
• Monthly Electrical Maintenance Summary
• Electrical Safety & Statutory Compliance Report

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of electrical maintenance experience in a Cast Iron / SG Iron foundry.
• Mandatory: Valid Electrical C Certificate (as per statutory requirements).
• Strong knowledge of induction furnace maintenance, PLCs, VFDs, MCC systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with energy management, safety systems, and electrical audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
