Maintenance Engineer &ndash; Mechanical (Foundry)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all mechanical foundry equipment.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot:</li><li>Moulding lines (automatic/manual)</li><li>Sand plant, mixers, conveyors</li><li>Shot blasting machines</li><li>Ladles, lifting systems, hydraulics &amp; pneumatics</li><li>Improve equipment reliability by monitoring and reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failures.</li><li>Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities comply with safety standards.</li><li>Manage mechanical spare parts and vendor coordination.</li><li>Support installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.</li><li>Lead and guide mechanical maintenance technicians.</li></ul>Reports to be Prepared<ul><li>Daily Mechanical Breakdown Report</li><li>Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule &amp; Completion Report</li><li>MTBF &amp; MTTR Analysis Report (Mechanical)</li><li>Machine Downtime &amp; Root Cause Analysis Report</li><li>Mechanical Spares Consumption Report</li><li>Monthly Maintenance Performance Summary</li><li>Safety Audit &amp; Compliance Checklist</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a Cast Iron / SG Iron foundry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, and mechanical drives.</li><li>Hands-on experience with TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and RCA preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Position: Maintenance Engineer &ndash; Electrical (Foundry)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems and foundry equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain:</li><li>Induction furnaces (power packs, coils, control systems)</li><li>MCC/PLC panels, VFDs, motors</li><li>Compressors, DG sets, cooling towers</li><li>Electrical systems for moulding lines &amp; sand plant</li><li>Improve electrical system reliability by monitoring MTTR and increasing MTBF of critical equipment.</li><li>Perform energy monitoring and electrical safety checks.</li><li>Manage electrical spares, sensors, breakers, and automation components.</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety and statutory requirements.</li></ul>Reports to be Prepared<ul><li>Daily Electrical Breakdown Report</li><li>Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance Report</li><li>MTBF &amp; MTTR Analysis Report (Electrical)</li><li>Induction Furnace Health &amp; Energy Consumption Report</li><li>Electrical Spares Usage Report</li><li>Monthly Electrical Maintenance Summary</li><li>Electrical Safety &amp; Statutory Compliance Report</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of electrical maintenance experience in a Cast Iron / SG Iron foundry.</li><li>Mandatory: Valid Electrical C Certificate (as per statutory requirements).</li><li>Strong knowledge of induction furnace maintenance, PLCs, VFDs, MCC systems, and electrical troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with energy management, safety systems, and electrical audits.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
