Position Title: Electrical maintenance - Executive
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Reporting To: Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Manager
Location: Factory – Printing Unit
Employment Type: Full-Time (Trainee)
Qualification:

• ITI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in electrical maintenance of Flexo and Offset printing machines
• Support troubleshooting of motors, panels, drives, sensors, and control circuits
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Help in wiring, cable dressing, panel cleaning, and basic electrical repairs
• Monitor electrical safety practices and follow LOTO procedures
• Assist in maintenance of:
• Motors, VFDs, contactors, relays
• Control panels and lighting systems
• Power distribution boards
• Maintain basic maintenance logs and checklists
• Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards inside the plant

Basic Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and symbols
• Knowledge of industrial wiring and safety
• Familiarity with motors and basic electrical tools
• Willingness to work in shifts and shop-floor environment
• Ability to learn Flexo & Offset machine electrical systems

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Exposure to printing or packaging machinery
• Knowledge of PLC basics
• Experience with industrial automation components
