Electrical Maintenance - Injection Molding

1.Responsible for ensuring effective machinery and utility maintenance across factory

2.ensure routine pm activity for all machines as per schedule

3. Train operator on pm and breakdown maintenance

4.Ensure machine wise maintenance record and spare list

5.support operation to achieve planned production as per the plan by minimising machine break down facility

6. Implement energy saving methods and train employees

7. Ensure statutory compliances related to electricity board

8. Ensure process improvement and development safety activity in the plant

9. Ensure zero accident through promoting the safety cultural

10. Ensure that all legal requirements concerning , environment, health and safety are followed

11. Ensure maintenance and documentation of procedure records as per QMS

12. Manage the team by setting goals, performance review and mentoring coaching

13. Provide electrical plc support to the organization

14. Knowledge on SAP

Experience - 10-13 Years Experience

Industry - Plastic ( Injection Moulding )

Qualification – Diploma (EEE) or ITI (EEE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
