Electrical Maintenance Technician

A leading company is seeking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance for electrical systems in buildings and facilities.
• Diagnose electrical faults and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain electrical panels, breakers, lighting systems, and power outlets.
• Monitor electrical loads and ensure safe operation.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns within the required time.
• Conduct regular inspections and submit status reports.
• Follow electrical safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the operations team and site supervisors.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance (operation & maintenance).
• Experience in building maintenance (hospitals, schools, complexes, government or private facilities).
• Good knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
• Quick response to faults and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of discipline and commitment.
• Physically fit for fieldwork.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in low current systems (fire alarm, CCTV, control systems).
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to work shifts or emergency calls.
• Ability to write basic technical reports.
