Electrical Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical operations, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Location: Electronic City 1st phase
• Good English & Kannada knowledge
• Ready to work in morning or general shifts
• Hands-on experience managing electrical operations in IT Parks, SEZs, industrial facilities, or large commercial complexes.

1. Electrical Operations & Maintenance

• Manage and oversee daily operations, preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems (HT, LT, DG, UPS, transformers, panels, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

2. Team & Site Management

• Lead, guide, and supervise site electrical teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor work execution, and provide technical direction to engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with other facility management teams to ensure smooth site operations.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all electrical-related matters at the site.
• Address client requirements, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to present service performance and discuss enhancements.

4. Project Management

• Plan, lead, and execute electrical projects including upgrades, retrofits, and expansions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures during project lifecycle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
