As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and play a key role in both estimating and managing projects from start to finish.
The Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for preparing competitive estimates and overseeing the execution of commercial electrical projects. This role requires 5 or more years of experience , a strong background in high-voltage commercial electrical systems , and proficiency in Accubid . You’ll be deeply involved in every phase of the project lifecycle—from bid to closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
This is a full-time, onsite position with minimal travel required.
Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Develop accurate estimates using Accubid for labor, materials, and subcontractors
Prepare and submit competitive bid packages
Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders
Track and report on key project metrics and milestones
5+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating and project management
Proven expertise in high-voltage commercial electrical systems
Proficient in Accubid estimating software (required)
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and commercial construction practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Field experience in commercial electrical installation or supervision
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
Experience in team leadership or mentorship roles
