Electrical Project Site Supervisor

We’re looking for an Electrical Project Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and ensure all MEP works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

The role demands hands-on supervision, coordination with contractors, and maintaining the highest quality and safety benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all MEP and electrical works on site.
• Ensure work execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site issues.
• Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and HSE policies.
• Conduct daily inspections, maintain site logs and progress reports.
• Support preparation of inspection requests and as-built documentation.
• Track project progress against schedules and report delays or issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in MEP site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of site procedures, technical drawings, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Ability to handle teams and subcontractors under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety compliance.
