Electrical QA/QC Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical QA/QC Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about quality assurance, quality control in electrical systems, and training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on QA/QC principles in electrical engineering projects.
• Teach quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation processes.
• Explain ITP (Inspection Test Plans), method statements, and quality control procedures.
• Provide guidance on testing, commissioning, and compliance with electrical standards.
• Conduct practical sessions and real-world case studies.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Guide participants on project quality documentation and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry standards (IEC, ISO) and QA/QC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes in electrical projects.
• Familiarity with standards, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for training.
