We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, strong client networking skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales and marketing.

Location: New Town, Kolkata
Reporting to: MD/ CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, LT/HT switchboards, and automation solutions.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC etc.) and automation systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship Management and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and project estimation is an added advantage.
- Leadership qualities with team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical panel boards and automation system.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
