Core Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly with clients, contractors, and consultants in sectors like oil & gas, industrial automation, and construction. This includes generating leads, making sales calls/visits, and achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Expertise & Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for a wide range of electrical products (e.g., switchgear, cables, sensors, control panels, lighting). This requires a deep understanding of the products' functionalities and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bids (BOQs) based on client specifications and project requirements. This often involves cost estimation and negotiation of contract terms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, reporting insights to management and using CRM systems to track all activities.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, projects, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of orders and projects.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical sales of electrical products, preferably within the relevant local market or specific industry sectors..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
