Electrical - Senior Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control systems, and equipment in industrial, commercial, or residential environments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, analyze faults, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct condition monitoring and preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and enhance system longevity.
• Lead and guide a team of junior and mid-level technicians, providing technical expertise and mentoring.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as relevant codes and standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize electrical system performance and contribute to improvements in system design and functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments and disciplines on electrical projects, from planning and execution to handover.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work, maintenance activities, and inspections.
• Manage and maintain electrical workshops and testing tools to ensure they are in good working order.

Experience:

• Senior Electrical Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
