Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service engineers and technicians
- Plan and schedule machine installation & commissioning
- Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown support
- Define and manage service SLAs and KPIs
- Client coordination after order finalization
- Manage prepaid service contracts
- Handle spare parts and mould sales coordination
- Coordinate with production, design, spares, and sales teams
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure service quality
- Prepare service reports, client feedback, and satisfaction reports
- Travel for machine installation or critical service support (PAN India – 75%)

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Electrical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
- Brick / Construction Machinery: 1 year (Preferred)
- Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
