Electrical Service Manager – Brick / Construction Machinery | Installation & After-Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service engineers and technicians
• Plan and schedule machine installation & commissioning
• Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown support
• Define and manage service SLAs and KPIs
• Client coordination after order finalization
• Manage prepaid service contracts
• Handle spare parts and mould sales coordination
• Coordinate with production, design, spares, and sales teams
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure service quality
• Prepare service reports, client feedback, and satisfaction reports
• Travel for machine installation or critical service support (PAN India – 75%)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrical engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
• Brick / Construction Machinery: 1 year (Preferred)
• Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
