Electrical Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise electrical works at the project site. The role involves ensuring that installations are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and UAE authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute electrical works including LV systems, lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications
• Coordinate with MEP teams, civil engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress reports
• Inspect materials delivered to site against approved submittals
• Raise and close Inspection Requests (IRs)
• Identify and resolve site technical issues
• Support testing, commissioning, and system handover
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant site experience in construction projects
• Experience with commercial, residential, or high-rise building projects
• Knowledge of UAE electrical codes and authority requirements (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, Civil Defense)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
