Electrical Site Engineer/Supervisor

Oversees and directs the installation, maintenance, and safe operation of all electrical systems for temporary events and exhibitions. Key responsibilities include leading a team of electricians, ensuring technical compliance and safety standards, coordinating with production planning, managing manpower and budgets, and troubleshooting issues to guarantee successful and safe event execution. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of electricians to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality completion of tasks.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure all electrical installations, cable laying, and equipment are executed according to design specifications, project timelines, and safety regulations.
• Production Planning: Oversee the production and installation processes, coordinate with technical teams, and manage manpower allocation for both production and site activities.
• Budget Management: Account for and manage the budget planning for electrical aspects of jobs and allocate manpower resources accordingly.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold the best practices for a safe work environment, monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure appropriate electrical load distribution.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise in the high-pressure event environment to prevent power failures and ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Strong Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership & Coordination: Ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams and collaborate with other technical and design teams.
• Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects within specific timelines and budgets.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to perform under pressure and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
