Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead and manage all electrical works on construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage large site teams while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical installation works on-site (LV/MV systems)
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, foremen, and electricians
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and method statements
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, KAHRAMAA regulations, and project specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, and Main Contractors
• Prepare project planning, manpower allocation, and material forecasting
• Monitor project progress and submit daily/weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and QA/QC procedures
• Handle testing & commissioning activities
• Attend technical meetings and resolve site-related issues

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Mandatory)
• 7–10 years of proven experience in electrical construction projects
• Minimum 3+ years in a managerial or site leadership role
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, transformers, switchgear, DB installation, cable laying, containment systems, lighting & power systems
• Certification from KAHRAMAA or other relevant electrical authority will be preferred
• Strong understanding of Qatar construction standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure
