Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all on-site electrical and low current system activities for both building interiors and external infrastructure networks.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and agreed schedules.
- Organize and direct daily site activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site and recommend practical design or execution improvements.
- Control and optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to maintain productivity and cost efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory authority requirements.
- Maintain detailed site records and provide regular progress and delay reports to the project team.
- Prepare systems for testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client and authorities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV networks, load calculations, and utility interface requirements.
- Full awareness and working knowledge of IT and low current/ELV systems such as BMS, PAS, fire alarm, ICT, CCTV, access control, and integrated building automation.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and quality control practices on construction sites.
- Effective leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Capable of handling multiple work fronts and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Ready to work full-time on site and adapt to varying site environments and conditions.
