We are seeking experienced MEP Superintendents to lead project execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

This campus-scale deployment represents a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest-growing hyperscale markets in the country.

Project Location & Travel

• The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region
• Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel
• Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
• This is a 2–5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

About the Role

GCON is delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus supporting next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure. This role leads all electrical construction activities for hyperscale data centers supporting AI workloads, including MV/LV power, UPS, generators, and distribution systems. This role provides high visibility, long-term stability, and the opportunity to manage one of the most technically complex construction environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical field execution and trade coordination
• Drive sequencing, schedule milestones, and commissioning readiness
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Partner with Project Management and Commissioning teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent
• Experience with mission-critical or industrial power systems
• Strong electrical sequencing and safety leadership
• Ability to lead large trade workforces
• Long-term West Texas commitment
