Job Description: Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works, ensuring safety standards, and providing technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and technical staff.
• Plan, schedule, and assign electrical tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and wiring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• 6–11 years of proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
