Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical activities for a short-term industrial project in Ras Laffan. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all electrical works at site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical operations and workforce at site.

• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other site teams for smooth workflow.

• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

• Prepare and maintain daily reports, checklists, and documentation.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 7–8 years of experience in industrial or construction electrical supervision.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and safety procedures.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to join immediately.
