Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities at our job sites. The ideal candidate will lead a team of electricians, ensure work is completed safely and according to code, and coordinate with project managers to meet schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and electrical helpers
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time
• Inspect electrical installations for quality, safety, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site
• Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other trades
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours
• Train and mentor team members as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
