Electrical Supervisor

Position: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

Education & Qualification:

• Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institute
• Proven track record of experience in construction projects

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical works within construction / MEP projects
• Preferably experienced in industrial, petrochemical, or infrastructure environments
• Proven experience in electrical project execution, including:
• Site preparation
• Cable laying
• Installation of panels and equipment
• Testing, commissioning, and handover
• Experience in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and shop drawings
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and electrical safety standards
• Experience in material take-off and site coordination
• Strong coordination experience with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams on complex project sites

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical systems used in infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, and public utilities)
• Solid knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance
• Experience in project execution, site management, and supervision
• Hands-on experience in electrical inspection and testing procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
