Electrical Supervisor – Portsmouth & Surrounding Areas

E-volve Group Ltd are an established and growing electrical contractor based in Portsmouth, delivering a wide range of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Domestic and Solar PV sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

This is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing electrical works, supporting engineers on site, and ensuring all installations meet current regulations and company standards.

You will be expected to:

• Supervise and support a team of electricians across multiple projects
• Carry out inspection, testing, and fault finding
• Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and company standards
• Assisting in the completion and overseeing of certification and documentation
• Liaise with clients and management where required
• Assist in maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance

Requirements

• Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• ECS Gold Card
• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior electrician role
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial installations
• Ability to manage workload independently and lead a team effectively
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
