Electrical Site Supervisor (Hands-on)

We are looking for a practical, Hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead a small team of helpers for MEP electrical installations on-site. This is a "working lead" role—you will be on the tools while making sure the work is done correctly and on time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the Work: Carrying out MEP electrical installations (conduiting, wiring, DB dressing, and trunking).
• Supervising Helpers: Guiding 1–2 helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and safely.
• Site Progress: Following the site schedule and reporting daily progress to the Site Manager.
• Material Management: Keeping track of tools and materials needed for the day’s tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Strong background in on-site MEP electrical work.
• Skills: Must be able to read basic electrical drawings and lead a small crew.
• Attitude: Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a site environment.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately.
