Electrical Team Leader - FM

Role Purpose

To ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient electrical operations across Hyde Park communities, maintaining high service standards and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of electrical systems including LV networks, lighting, and backup power systems.
• Lead fault detection and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage electrical maintenance teams and contractors
  
  

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

5-8 years of relevant experience in FM or real estate sector.

Experience with BMS and electrical distribution systems.
