Electrical Team Member for Construction Projects

We are looking for an Electrical Team Member to contribute to the installation, maintenance-repair, testing, and commissioning processes of installations, equipment, and other electrical works within the scope of Ford Otosan's construction projects. In this role, you will join our team to ensure the effective operation of electrical systems in industrial construction projects and assist in the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform the installation of electrical infrastructure (preferably in the automotive industry) for industrial construction projects.

• Manage the assembly, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems.

• Support the detection and repair of electrical malfunctions.

• Actively contribute to ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment by fully complying with occupational health and safety rules.

• Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures.

• Work in coordination with construction and mechanical disciplines to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

• Fulfill other maintenance and repair tasks assigned by the team.

• Provide daily progress reports and regularly update the team leader on project status.

• Manage progress payment processes and follow up until payments are finalized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or electrical and Electronics Engineering.

• 5-10 years of total experience in field and office roles within electrical leadership teams of industrial construction projects.

• Proficient in the installation, maintenance-repair, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

• Fluent English is a must in both written and verbal communication (prefably C1 level English proficiency).

• Knowledge of technical and design office processes, including feasibility, progress payments, project design, and approvals.

• Fully compliant with occupational safety and quality standards.

• Team-oriented, solution-focused, with strong communication skills.

• Adaptable to intense work environments and flexible working hours.
