To handle all technical office responsibilities related to
infrastructure works
, including the preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with other services, and compliance with project specifications. This role supports smooth project execution by ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and technical coordination.
Responsibilities

Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design modifications for infrastructure works.

Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material take-off lists (MTO) based on project drawings and BOQs.

Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.

Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and requests for information.

Ensure design and execution comply with project specifications, codes, and client standards.

Follow up with consultants and clients for drawing approvals and technical clarifications.

Coordinate with the procurement team for material selection and supplier approval.

Support the planning and cost control teams by providing accurate quantities and project data.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure updated records of all technical documents.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

3–7 years of experience in infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of design and execution standards for infrastructure works.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; Revit knowledge is an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
