Electrical Technical Office Team Leader

Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians in design and project execution.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

  • Oversee electrical design activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to align electrical designs with overall project objectives.

  • Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

  • Perform technical calculations and analyses to support design decisions.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding electrical services and project updates.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols for electrical systems and installations.

  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the construction or real estate sector.

  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Office.

  • Good communication, leadership. and coordination skills.
