Electrical Technician

The Opportunity
Join our team as a GSE Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and vehicles. By maintaining and repairing equipment to the highest standards, you’ll contribute to the seamless operations of our business and help uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities to Technician at TCR:

• Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GSE following OEM and TCR standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate work order records and inventory usage.
• Promote a safety-first approach.
• Work with multiple unique GSE specialized equipment.
• Fluent in English – both oral and written

To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical repairs.
• Experience with GSE or commercial truck maintenance is an asset.
• Ability to read schematics and follow technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Hold a current and valid Driver's License.
• A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures.
• Experience working within procedural guidelines.
• Complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 per month
