We are hiring electrical technicians from Pakistan for our construction sites in four different cities in Germany but work is not done remotely its full time On-Site Work and Visa and everything will be Covered by the Company.
Job Description
- Construction Electricity,
- Installation of electrical lines from scratch in buildings (Construction Sites, Workplaces, Buildings),
- Industrial wiring
- Experienced individuals are preferred.
Application Requirements:
- Applications are evaluated according to the following principles, and positive or negative feedback is provided to you. Make sure to specify the correct email address in your CV. Feedback is mostly given via email. We only contact you by phone in special cases.
- Graduation from vocational or technical high schools in the electrical/electronics departments or Graduates of Electrical and Electronics Engineering department. Technicians without graduation are directly rejected.
- Writing detailed job descriptions in the work experience section of the CV. You should explain in detail exactly what jobs you did at which company. CVs without explanations are directly rejected.
- Basic German language training is mandatory for those who don't speak German. During the recruitment process, our teachers provide one month of German language training necessary for the job. Furthermore, the employer company continues your German language training after this training.
- Priority will be given to those who have a diploma equivalence (nostrification) from Germany, but it is not mandatory. Those without equivalence will be provided equivalence by our company. If your professional recognition is covered by the company through IHK Fosa, the company will pay €600 upfront to obtain this document. However, you will be expected to pay €200 per month for the first three months of employment (after you start working). This will ensure you receive the original professional recognition document.
- CVs can be sent in any language(Turkish, English etc.), but applications with German CVs will be forwarded directly without translation. Those in Turkish or English are translated by us.
Note:There should be no exit ban abroad, criminal record must be clean, and there should be no military issues.
Provided Opportunities:
- The opportunities provided are also stated in the contract if you are accepted for the job. In some cases, changes in the contract can be made by mutual agreement with the workers. Our company reserves these rights. Also, if you unilaterally terminate the contract within 2 years, the expenses incurred by the company will be legally collected from you in the amount specified in the contract.
Invitation visa support and all expenses provided by the company to bring you to Germany as a worker.
Accommodation:
- When you live in company accommodation, a €500 rent fee will be deducted from your salary. If you move to a separate residence, this fee will be paid without deduction from your salary.
- Hourly wage between 14,5 - 17 euros (Gross). 50-57 hours of work per week. The hourly wage is determined according to your CV and offered to you.
- 20-24 days of annual leave.
- If you do not have a diploma equivalence (nostrification) from Germany, it will be provided by the company.
- Residence permits are provided by the company, and all expenses are covered.
- No fee is charged at any stage, including document translations, sworn translator fees, and contracts. All fees are covered by the company.
