Electrical Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure smooth and safe operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose electrical issues by inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting systems and components.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical controls, panels, and distribution systems.
• Assist in upgrading or modifying existing electrical systems to meet operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations to minimize risks.
• Support project teams with electrical installations and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians for efficient problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician (minimum [X] years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, wiring, and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with electrical safety practices and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with tools, testing devices, and electrical measuring instruments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
