Electrical Technician (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems within our world-class hospitality environment. Candidates should have proven experience in luxury hotel settings and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and systems in accordance with hotel standards and applicable codes.
• Diagnose electrical faults promptly and implement effective corrective measures to minimize downtime and disruption to guest services.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to support hotel operations, events, and renovation projects.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with Saudi regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repair work.
• Provide technical support during emergency breakdowns or electrical malfunctions.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new electrical systems and equipment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Valid Electrical Diploma or equivalent certification (required).
• Minimum 4+ years’ hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician in luxury hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of hotel electrical systems, power distribution, controls, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in the use of electrical testing, measuring, and diagnostic tools.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Saudi electrical regulations and standards is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
