Electrical Technician & Plumber – Interiors

Qubello Interiors is a leading interior fit-out and facility management company in the UAE, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We are looking for a skilled Electrician-cum-Plumber to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Position Summary:

The Electrician-cum-Plumber will be responsible for performing both electrical and plumbing works on interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be capable of handling installations, maintenance, and repairs independently while ensuring compliance with UAE safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Duties:
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, lighting, power outlets, and AC connections.
• Reading and interpreting electrical layouts and schematics.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical faults.
• Plumbing Duties:
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, pipelines, faucets, and fixtures.
• Fixing leaks, blockages, and water-related issues.
• Reading plumbing layouts and coordinating with other trades.
• General Duties:
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of combined electrical and plumbing experience.
• Experience in interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and labor laws.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
