Key Responsibilities-
Sort out material, load, transport, unload and furnish experienced trade workers with materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

Clean work area and restock supplies and materials as necessary.

Assist in lifting, positioning and securing of materials and work pieces during installation.

Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of journeyman’s tools and equipment when necessary.

Perform other routine duties as directed by experienced tradesperson.
Qualifications-
Technical Trade School completion highly preferred.

GED or High School graduate required.

Must be able to follow specific directions and perform a variety of duties which may often change.

Must be able to evaluate information using measurable standards.

Must be able to work within standards.

Must be willing to repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.

Understand English and follow directives.

Must have a Valid Florida Driver’s License.

Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction); use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; stand for long periods of time.

Comply with all B&I safety procedures.
