Electrical wireman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Wireman to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and equipment at construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical wiring, conduits, cables, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, and lighting systems at construction sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical installations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Assist in installation of main distribution boards (MDB) and sub-panels.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and site supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper use of safety gear.
• Prepare basic reports on completed work when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Wireman in construction or similar industry.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit to work at construction sites.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work at different site locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
