Electrical/ELV Systems Engineer – QA/QC

About the Role:
SESC Group is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in commissioning and QA/QC of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of the following systems: Bus-Bar, MV, LV, ELV, with experience in data center projects considered a strong advantage. This role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards while providing technical guidance to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA/QC activities for electrical systems including Bus-Bar, MV, LV, and ELV.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage comprehensive project reports, documentation, and QA/QC records.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers and site teams.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with international and local authority regulations.
• Interface with contractors, consultants, and clients for coordination, inspections, and approvals.
• Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and prepare method statements and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (4-year degree) required.
• Proven experience in electrical systems commissioning and/or QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards (IEC, IEEE, BS, NFPA, DEWA/ADDC).
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel daily to project sites using company-provided transport.

Preferred:

• Experience in data center projects.
