Electrical/ELV Systems QA QC Inspector

The ideal candidate is an Electrical Engineer with a strong understanding of electrical and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local/international standards.
• Review and verify Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
• Assist in the review of method statements, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants on quality compliance.
• Prepare and maintain quality-related reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years in a QA/QC or inspection-related role (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:

• Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems (LV, MV) and ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, Access Control, PA, Structured Cabling).
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, BS, NFPA, and DEWA/ADDC regulations.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• QA/QC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commissioning Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
• MOFA-attested Bachelor's degree (Required)
