About The Role
We are hiring Residential Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC Technician Trainees who are eager to build careers in the skilled trades. As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience and classroom instruction while contributing to the daily operations of our Education Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Learn and follow safety procedures, tool usage, and building code requirements
- Support job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Report to the Education Center on time every day
- Assist with daily setup, cleanup, and Education Center maintenance during non-class weeks
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability, as consistent presence is essential

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interest in a career in the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain an organized environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior vocational training, hands-on trade experience, or construction background
