Electrician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to handle the electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work within Faisal Hills Housing Projects . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted power supply, troubleshooting electrical issues, and maintaining electrical systems for residential and communal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and control systems within the housing society.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for repair.
• Respond promptly to residents’ electrical complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain and monitor backup power systems such as generators, UPS, and solar panels (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and housing society regulations.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with management for preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in new projects or electrical installations within the society.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in housing societies, residential, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
