Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in buildings and facilities.
• Diagnose electrical problems using diagrams, blueprints, and testing devices.
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical hazards and perform corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff, engineers, and contractors as needed.
• Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Technical certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a facilities management or building maintenance environment in the UAE
