Your new company
You'll be joining a well-established property services team supporting commercial sites across Nottingham. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, the company offers a collaborative working environment and the potential for long-term/ permanent opportunities.
Your new role
As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for maintenance and installation tasks across 10 student accommodation sites between Clifton and Nottingham Trent University. You'll work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
This is a 3-month contract with the potential to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate.

• Pay: £26 per hour (via Umbrella PAYE or PAYE only - no CIS)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Mileage: Paid
• Tools: Own tools required
• DBS: Ideally on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need a NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, AM2 or 2391 testing and inspecting and previous experience in electrical maintenance or installation.
You should be reliable, professional, and confident working across multiple sites.
A current DBS, driving licence and your own tools are essential.
