Electrician

Key Responsibilities:Low Voltage & Electrical Work:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems including lighting circuits, sockets, control systems, and distribution boards.
• Repair and replace breakers, MCCB, MCB, isolators, and other protection devices.
• Perform conduit installation, cable pulling, and termination according to standards.

Wiring & Installation:

• Execute new wiring, rewiring, trunking, and panel connections.
• Install electrical fixtures such as switches, lights, DB panels, and ceiling fans.
• Ensure proper cable sizing, insulation, earthing, and grounding practices.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, testers, and tools.
• Repair short circuits, overload issues, loose connections, and wiring faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance for electrical systems.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or major issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in electrical work (construction or maintenance).
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems, breakers, DB works, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Technical diploma or certificate in Electrical Technology.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and electrical code standards.
• Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks.

Pay: BD150.000 - BD160.000 per month
