Electrician

Job description

We are looking for Electrician who can join us immediately and has the following skills:

• Ensures the efficient operation of all electrical equipment as well as installation and replacement of connections and equipment.
• To coordinate with other colleagues in the department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment, Electrical wiring control, DB wiring.
• Read electrical technical diagrams of electrical control & appliance.
• Perform general maintenance for DB, LV rooms HV rooms.
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices in daily complaint received.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures the apartment, Guest rooms, Electrical rooms, & in common area.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
• Conduct Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, ammeters, and test lamps.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems.
• Inform Supervisor on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
• Troubleshoot & repair of various test equipment
• To maintain stock / materials for any contingency
