Electrician

TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments is currently looking for energetic and passionate candidates for an Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate, preferably with previous experience in a similar role in reputed hospitality organizations and the ability to fulfil the following core responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance & Repair

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment.
• Responsible for the electrical maintenance of the mains/domestic single and 3-phase supplied distribution systems.
• Maintains all lighting and in-house power installations and appliances.
• Maintains control systems for M&E related processes, including equipment, televisions, hair dryers, and shaver sockets.
• Maintains all guest and service lifts.

2. Emergency Systems

• Responsible for the electrical maintenance of emergency services, including fire alarms, lighting, batteries, and standby power requirements, including the generator.

3. General Duties & Compliance

• Adheres to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
• Reports any equipment failures or problems to the Maintenance Department.
• Passes any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.
• Complies with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability.
• Ensures that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
