Job Description :

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, ventilation system and pumps.
• General maintenance of ventilation equipment (filters replacement, coil cleaning and drive belt repairs).
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of commercial rooftop heating and cooling equipment.
• Inspects HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.)
• Prepares written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and/or conveying.
• Responds to emergency situations during or after office timing for the purpose of resolving immediate.
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
• Fabricates equipment parts for the purpose of meeting specialty needs and/or replacing unavailable parts.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and requirements.
• Insulation of valves and chilled water pipes.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.
• Any other task assigned by senior management

Qualification : DAE / TTC / Matric/ Diploma.

Experience : 2 Years Power House Experience.

Location : Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
