Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrician with hands-on expertise in commercial and residential electrical maintenance. The candidate will ensure that all electrical systems are fully functional, safe, and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential facilities.

Work on single-phase and three-phase Motor Control systems, and handle all LV installation and maintenance work.

Manage and maintain distribution boards (DBs), circuit breakers, lighting systems, and power sockets.

Troubleshoot electrical faults safely and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems comply with safety regulations.

Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry.

Proven experience in handling electrical maintenance for commercial/residential properties.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical systems.

Knowledge of safety standards and operational protocols in FM operations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
