Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. The Electrician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.

About Us

BCP Electrical & Renewables LTD is a growing electrical and renewable energy company specialising in solar PV and battery storage installations across Dorset and the South Coast.

We have a strong pipeline of work and are looking to expand our team with a reliable, skilled electrician who wants consistent work and the opportunity to be part of the fast-growing renewables sector.

The Role

You will be involved in:

• Solar PV installations (domestic & small commercial)
• EV charger installations
• Consumer unit upgrades
• General electrical works associated with renewable installs
• General electrical works (rewires, EICRs, minor works)

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
• 18th Edition preferred
• Experience in domestic installations
• Solar experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team

What We Offer

• £42,000 – £52,000 per year (depending on experience)
