Job Summary

The Boyce Group is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for a prestigious project at a Historic Country Estate based in Bromham, South Chippenham. This is a unique opportunity to work on a Grade II* listed property, which will be transformed into a Luxury Hotel and Spa. We are small friendly team with lots of opportunity for progression for the right candidate.The Role
We are looking for someone confident with the complexities of heritage buildings who can:

• Create comprehensive electrical plans tailored to the unique constraints of a listed estate.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Deliver high-quality installations that respect the building’s historic integrity.
• Proven experience working on listed or heritage buildings.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own project phases.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adhere strictly to all health & safety procedures, RAMS, and company policies, promoting a safe working culture on site.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to identify tasks and support the team without direction.
• You must have your own insurance and be able to provide certifiction on your completed work.
• A valid UK driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites.
